At nfbproperty.co.uk we pride ourselves on supplying quality and professional home maintenance services. We do not focus on collecting and processing our customer’s personal information. However, there are occasions where we have to hold some of your personal information or where our website collects some of our user’s data. Please find below our privacy policy on keeping your data safe. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us with the contact information in section 1.7.
1.1 Information we collect:
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; email, computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page (please see cookies information in Section 2). We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email) if you supply this via the contact form or email address.
1.2 How we collect data:
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. We will also collect information provided during physical contractual exchange. Any communication that does not result in a contractual obligation will be deleted from our servers i.e. email requests.
1.3 How we store, use, share and disclose our visitor’s personal information:
Nfbproperty.co.uk is hosted on the 1&1 Ionos platform. Ionos.co.uk provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through ionos.co.uk's data storage, databases and the general ionos.co.uk applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
On most occasions we encourage online and in-person electronic transactions to go via the Square.com and PayPal.com platforms. Online card payments to nfbproperty.co.uk are processed by Square. Cookie information for all of our third party applications can be found on the links in section 2.
Any stored information will be reviewed on an annual basis after the financial year closes. Any out of date or irrelevant information will be removed from our servers and storage platforms. Information provided during financial transactions will be held for three full financial years and then deleted as applicable with this policy.
1.4 Our communications with site customers:
We may contact you to notify you regarding a request, online order/booking, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone or social media.

If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us via the contact page or telephone number. We take your privacy very seriously and will respond to withdrawal requests within 14 days. Out of date information will be deleted on an annual basis in line with this policy.
